[AUDIOBOOK] Galvatron's Air Attack!
A day late, but I'm happy to give you guys the second of our featured Listen & Look audiobook's extravaganza! This week, in a storyline that exists in a strange alternate timeline that exists after the the Marvel UK storyline "Target 2006", Hot Rod is after some nifty new hubcaps, but he needs a strange metal called "Cybernite" to achieve his goals. Autobot leader Ultra Magnus agrees to a search for this rare metal. Meanwhile, Galvatron attempts to thwart their plans!

What the hell is the deal with those voices? They take you out of it.
LOL, thats the thing - a lot of the ladybird books were made without much knowledge of the cartoon show, only going by the bios of the toys. Thats also why this story also seemed to be set after Target 2006 (and Galvatron is described as just being "From the future"). Lazy, I know, but that was the way the cookie crumbled in those days.
Even so, I can't see how that excuses them from giving us the kind of voice work which wouldn't seem out of place in the Star TV dub...
